1. Introduction
Welcome to Laki101. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered player, and Laki101 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on or using the Laki101 website and its associated services — including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting features, bonuses and payment processing — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any Laki101 services. 2. Eligibility
To register and use Laki101, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Laki101 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
- You must not be acting as an agent, representative or proxy for any third party.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or have been previously banned from the Laki101 platform.
- You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment method used to deposit funds.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director or officer of Laki101, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
Laki101 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited without exception. Laki101 takes its age verification obligations seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant regulatory requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Laki101. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Laki101 will close all associated accounts and may withhold any balances or winnings pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide complete and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Any winnings resulting from an account based on false or misleading registration details may be voided.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Laki101 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Laki101 support immediately at support@laki101.bet. Laki101 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to protect their credentials.
3.4 Verification (KYC)
Laki101 may at any point request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This typically includes a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method. KYC requests are part of Laki101's anti-money laundering obligations and must be completed before large withdrawals are processed. The platform will provide clear instructions when a KYC review is initiated.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
Laki101 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. There are no currency conversion fees on any transaction because the platform operates natively in PKR.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your Laki101 balance instantly upon confirmation from the mobile money provider. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. Laki101 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five to twenty minutes of submission. NayaPay and SadaPay follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers may take longer depending on inter-bank processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Laki101 may request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
4.4 Declined Transactions
Laki101 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the affected balance will be held pending investigation and the player will be notified via their registered contact details.
Please note: Laki101 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. If we determine that funds originated from a third-party source, the transaction will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New Laki101 players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus. The specific bonus amount and match percentage are displayed on the promotions page at the time of your deposit. Bonus funds are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to the wagering requirements described in section 5.3 below.
5.2 Ongoing Promotions
Laki101 runs regular reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes and game-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, time limits and minimum deposit requirements — which are published on the individual promotion page. General bonus terms in this section apply to all Laki101 promotions unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement at Laki101 is 30× the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a bonus of Rs 1,000, you must place total bets of Rs 30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Some promotions carry different wagering multipliers — always check the individual promotion page for the exact requirement that applies.
5.4 Game Contributions
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live Baccarat, certain live table games and scratch cards typically contribute at a reduced rate or zero contribution. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are listed on the promotions page. Playing restricted games with bonus funds may result in the bonus being forfeited.
5.5 Bonus Abuse
Laki101 monitors bonus usage for signs of exploitation. Activities such as low-risk hedging bets, placing bets on excluded games, or systematically exploiting bonus terms across multiple accounts are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure. Laki101's decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.
Key bonus rule: A maximum withdrawal limit of Rs 50,000 applies to any single bonus unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Any winnings above this limit generated from bonus play will not be eligible for withdrawal.
6. Games and Fair Play
All casino games available on Laki101 — including slots, live dealer tables and RNG card games — use certified Random Number Generator technology or licensed live dealer infrastructure from regulated providers. RTPs displayed in game information screens reflect independently audited figures.
Laki101 does not intervene in game outcomes. Results are determined entirely by the game software or by the physical action of the live dealer, depending on the game type. If a technical malfunction occurs during a game round, the round is declared void and any stake placed in that round is returned to the player's balance. Laki101 is not liable for any winnings that were not paid due to a technical malfunction.
In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, Laki101 will review game server logs. The outcome recorded in the server logs is final and supersedes any display or screenshot the player may present.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Laki101 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person
- Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to play games or exploit platform mechanics
- Colluding with other players in card games or live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or calculation errors
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds
- Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of any illegal activity
- Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification
- Threatening, harassing or abusing Laki101 staff or other players via the live chat or support channels
- Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxy servers or other technical means where this violates applicable law
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Laki101 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, bonus abuse, chargebacks, provision of false information, breach of these Terms or any conduct that Laki101 determines to be harmful to other players or the platform.
Where an account is closed for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to an ongoing dispute or investigation will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support at support@laki101.bet. Self-closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players wishing to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should specifically request a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure — see Section 9 for more detail.
9. Responsible Gaming
Laki101 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment rather than a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the increase request is submitted.
- Loss Limits: Cap your total losses over a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set playing duration to remind you how long you have been active.
- Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During this period all access is blocked and no communication except support will be sent.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the Laki101 platform. Self-exclusions are implemented within 24 hours of the request being received and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Privacy and Data

Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption for all transmissions. Laki101 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification partners and regulatory bodies where required by law. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or request its deletion by contacting support@laki101.bet.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Laki101 platform — including but not limited to the Laki101 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images and software — is the intellectual property of Laki101 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Laki101 platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Laki101 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable copyright and trademark law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laki101 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings or data arising from your use of the platform
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind
- Platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues or third-party service interruptions beyond Laki101's reasonable control
- Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain password security
- Any action taken by payment providers that delays or prevents a deposit or withdrawal
Laki101's total liability to you under these Terms, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Laki101's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Amendments to These Terms
Laki101 may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also send a notification to your registered email address or display a notice when you next log in to the platform.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Laki101 platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
